Christine & Christophe
Are Getting Married!
SHE SAID YES
Our story began on March 21st, 2015, at a birthday party for our mutual friend Gaelle in Williamsburg, NY. Christine, a couple friends and I were the last ones standing, sharing a subway ride back to Manhattan.
Christine had just moved from Boston to the West Village, while I was a seasoned New Yorker, blissfully unaware that my life was about to change.
We met again on April 5th for a backstage tour of the Met Opera. The plan was to meet for Aida a few days later, but Gaelle mysteriously “couldn’t make it” leaving Christine and I to potentially have a romantic night. Nothing happened, I wasn’t 100% sure Christine was single.
That misunderstanding was soon cleared up a few days later watching a sunset on a bench at the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, we’ve been inseparable ever since.
Fast forward to Fall 2018, with the blessing of Jo & Jacques, Christine said yes! Wedding plans were on... or at least they would have, if not for the joyful arrival of our little princesses, and a global pandemic! But now, 10 years later, we’re finally ready to throw the party of the decade and celebrate this beautiful journey with all of you!
